创始人自恋特质与企业成长性关系实证研究

Empirical Study of Founder's Narcissism and Enterprise Growth

创始人性格特质对企业成长具有重要影响。从自恋特质、创始人权力与企业成长性关系出发,设计结构性权力和所有者权力维度,构建创始人自恋特质影响企业成长的概念模型;提出理论假设,并利用创业板194家上市企业相关数据进行实证分析。研究发现,创始人自恋特质与企业成长呈倒U型关系,结构性权力和所有者权力对企业成长性具有显著正向影响,并在自恋特质和企业成长性之间分别起到部分中介作用。最后,对该研究的未来发展作出展望。

Entrepreneurs' personality traits have significant effects on firm's growth.This paper built an integrated conceptual model relating narcissism,power of entrepreneur and enterprise growth,relative hypotheses were put forward then.Through the empirical analysis of 194 firms in Second-board Market,we found narcissism has inverted U type relationship with enterprise growth.And structural power and owner's power have a significant positive impact on the growth of enterprises,they have part intermediary role between narcissism and growth.According to the research results,enlightenments of the conclusions and suggestions of future research were pointed out at the final.
