摘要
目的明确不同种类茶叶对人参中主要化学成分人参皂苷的影响。方法利用高分离度液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱联用(RRLC-Q-Tof MS)法进行检测分析。结果人参茶叶配伍合煎液中,人参乌龙茶合用对人参皂苷影响最大,人参绿茶合用对人参皂苷的影响最小。结论不同种类茶叶对人参的影响不同,服用人参后饮茶可能影响人参的药效。
Objective Different types of tea with ginseng combination have a great effect on the content of ginsenosides.Methods Rapid resolution liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(RRLCQ-TofMS) is used to detect and analyze.Results In the compatibility of ginseng tea with the decoction,ginseng oolong tea has the greatest influence on ginsenoside,and ginseng green tea has the smallest effect on ginsenoside.Conclusion The influence of different kinds of tea on ginseng is different.Drinking tea after taking ginseng may affect the effect of ginseng.
