韩延华治疗肝郁气滞型乳癖

Professor HAN Yanhua's clinical experience on treating breast lump of liver depression and qi stagnation

韩延华教授认为,乳癖多与肝有关,多因情志不遂,郁怒伤肝,肝气郁结,气机阻滞,乳络经脉不畅,日久成瘀,郁而化火所致。韩氏妇科治疗本病,守气为血之帅,气行则血行的原理,以疏肝泻火、软坚散结为治疗原则,同时也重视精神情志因素对本病的影响,治疗以"百灵调肝汤"为主方。

Professor HAN Yanhua believes that breast lump is related to the liver,due to emotional upset,which is caused by depressed anger damaging the liver,binding depression of liver qi,activities of qi block,the unobstructed veins of the breast change into stasis with time,and depression fire.The gynecological treatment of this disease,keeping qi as the commander of blood,qi moves and the blood follows it.Taking ＂clearing liver and reducing fire,softening hardness and dissipating mass＂ as the treatment principle,also paying attention to the influence of emotional factors on the disease,and the treatment is based on ＂Bailing Tiaogan decoction＂.
