从小儿五脏“二有余三不足”论治小儿哮喘

中医认为,哮喘的病位虽然在肺,然五脏六腑皆令人喘咳,加之小儿的生理病理特点为"二有余三不足",故可通过治他脏以辅肺气之肃降。从小儿五脏强弱的不均衡性为切入点进行分析,认为小儿"五脏有余不足"的生理及病理特征是五脏间乘克制化规律的具体体现。小儿哮喘的夙根为"痰",病程日久导致痰瘀虚互结,其稳定期主要为肺脾肾三脏功能不足,易使哮喘病情反复发作,治疗上应以"求本"为基本原则,可通过"益肺卫,滋肺阴;补心气,祛瘀血;运脾土,祛顽痰;益肾气,补肾阳;疏肝气,畅情志"的方法以减少哮喘发作,缓解患儿不适。

Chinese medicine believes that asthma disease although in the lung,and other viscera can also cause coughing,and the because of the physiological and pathological characteristics of children as ＂heart and liver are often enough,lung,spleen and kidney are often in deficient＂,it can be treated from other viscera to help lung operation.From the point of view of the imbalance between the strength and weakness of the five viscera in children,it is concluded that the physiological and pathological features of the deficiency of five viscera in children are the concrete embodiment of the restraint law of the five viscera.The fundamental disease of asthma in children is ＂phlegm＂,which leads to phlegm stasis and deficiency intercourse.The stable stage is mainly the dysfunction of three organs of lung,spleen and kidney,which is easy to cause repeated attacks of asthma.The basic principle of ＂aiming at its root causes＂should be used in the treatment.It can be nourishing the lung-defense and lung yin;supplementing heart qi,dispelling stasis;monving the spleen-earth,dispelling phlegm;nourishing kidney qi,tonifying kidney yang;coursing the liver qi,easing the spirit to reduce the attack of asthma and relieve the discomfort of the children.
