摘要
基于2005—2015年的省际面板数据,采用固定效应、混合效应和GMM分析方法,分析了地方政府竞争、技术引进对高技术产业R&D投入的影响。分析结果表明,地方政府竞争与高技术产业R&D投入存在正相关关系,地方政府竞争加剧,高技术产业R&D投入呈上升趋势;技术引进与高技术产业R&D投入存在负相关关系,技术引进经费支出增加,高技术产业R&D投入出现下降趋势;高技术产业R&D产出、人力资本积累和政府经济参与度对高技术产业R&D投入呈正相关关系,随着高技术R&D产出、人力资本积累和政府经济参与度的增加,高技术产业R&D投入的比重出现上升趋势。
Based on the provincial panel data 2005-2015, using fixed-effects, pooled-effects and GMM analysis method, this paper analyzes the influence of local government competition and technology introduction on high-tech industry R&D input. The results show that local government competition has positive correlation to high-tech industry R&D input, while the technology introduction has negative correlation to high-tech industry R&D input; high-tech industry R&D output, human capital accumulation and government economic participation have a positive correlation to high-tech industry R&D input. With the increase of R&D output,human capital accumulation and economic participation from the local government, the proportion of R&D input is on the rise.
