颈前路椎体次全切减压钛网植骨钢板内固定在无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的:研究颈前路椎体次全切减压钛网植骨钢板内固定术治疗无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的效果。方法:回顾性分析在2012年2月-2016年3月收治的80例无骨折脱住型颈髓损伤患者临床资料,全部患者均行前路椎体次全切减压钛网植骨钢板内固定术治疗,收集患者的临床治疗效果。结果:80例患者的手术时间为93.2±13.7分钟,术中出血量为134.9±15.4ml;术后1年,JOA评分显著提高,P〈0.01。结论:经前路椎体次全切减压钛网植骨钢板内固定术治疗无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤疗效确切,手术创伤较小,患者术后的恢复较快,值得推广。 Objective : : To study the effect of total internal fixation of the anterior cervical vertebrae on the treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Methods: The clinical data of 80 patients with cervical spinal cord fracture without fracture and dislocation treated in February :2012 March -2016 were retrospectively analyzed, All patients were treated with anterior corpectomy, titanium mesh and bone plate fixation, and the clinical effects of the patients were collected. Results : the operation time of the 80 patients was (93.2 ± 13.7) min, and the intraoperative blood loss was (134.9 ± 15.4) ml; after 1 years, the JOA score increased significant- ly, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion: The treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation by anterior lumpectomy, titanium mesh and bone plate fixation should be effective, less invasive, quicker recovery, and worthy of promotion.
