中药熏蒸治疗在脑损伤综合征患儿中的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment in children with brain injury syndrome

目的：探讨中药熏蒸对脑损伤综合征患儿的疗效及护理措施。方法：将我科186例脑损伤综合征患儿作为研究的对象，对照组采用常规水疗及康复训练，观察组在常规治疗上给予中药熏蒸干预治疗及其护理措施。结果：治疗前后相比，2组患者的肌张力水平得到一定的改善。观察组缓解情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中药熏蒸治疗联合康复护理干预，疗效确切，且可有效缓解症状，改善脑损伤综合征患儿的预后。

Objective： ： To study the efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation of children with brain injury syndrome and nursing meas- ures. Methods： 186 cases of children with brain injury syndrome as the research object, the control group using conventional treatment and rehabilitation training, the experimental group to give Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of routine intervention treatment and nursing measures. Results：Compared two groups of patients with muscle tension level had been improved. Experimental group relief situation was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of joint rehabilitation nursing intervention, the curative effect, could be effectively relieve symptoms, im- prove the prognosis of children with brain injury syndrome.
