表面肌电生物反馈对偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响

摘要 目的:观察表面肌电生物反馈(surface electromygraphic biofeedback,sEMGBF)对偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法:80例偏瘫患者自愿参加本项研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,每一组40例。2组患者进行相同的常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗基础上增加表面肌电生物反馈治疗。所有患者均于治疗前1天和治疗8周后进行Fugl—Meyer肢体运动功能评定量表、Brunnstrom运动功能分级评价法、表面肌电图肌电积分值(integrated eleetromygram,iEMG)测定。结果:经过8周治疗后,与治疗前比较,2组的Fugl—Meyer、Brunnstrom及iEMG测定较治疗前均明显改善(P〈0.05),观察组患者的各项评分数值均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:表面肌电生物反馈联合常规康复治疗可明显改善偏瘫患者肢体运动功能,是治疗偏瘫患者的重要康复治疗方法。 Objective Observation methods of electrical biofeedback limb motor function in patients with hemiplegia. Methods Eighty ca- ses of hemiplegic patients volunteered to participate in this study, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 patients. The two groups of patients underwent the same routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group increased the sur- face emg biofeedback therapy on the basis of rontine rehabilitation therapy. All patients were determined by fugl -meyer, Brunnstrom and iEMG after 1 day of treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment, compared with before treatment, two groups of Fugl - Meyer, out and determination of iEMG before treatment were obviously improved (p 〈 0.05 ) , the observation group of patients with the score values were significantly higher than that of control group ( p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The combined routine rehabilitation ther- apy can significantly improve the limb movement function of hemiplegic patients and is an important rehabilitation method for patients with hemiplegia.
