胃溃疡患者的手术治疗与保守治疗临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of surgical therapy and conservative therapy for patients with gastric ulcer

目的对比分析手术治疗与保守治疗在胃溃疡患者治疗过程中的应用效果。方法 108例胃溃疡患者,按照患者接受治疗模式的不同分为手术组(接受手术治疗)和保守组(接受保守治疗),每组54例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果手术组患者的治疗总有效率98.1%(53/54)显著高于保守组的87.0%(47/54),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术组患者术后并发症发生率和复发率分别为7.4%、3.7%,保守组患者术后并发症发生率和复发率分别为24.1%、16.7%,手术组患者术后并发症发生率和复发率均明显低于保守组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为胃溃疡患者提供治疗的过程中手术治疗的运用提高了临床治疗的效果,减少了并发症发生和复发情况的出现,具有理想的效果和安全性,值得予以广泛的临床运用。

Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of surgical therapy and conservative therapy for patients with gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 108 patients with gastric ulcer were divided by different treatment modes into surgical group（received surgical therapy） and conservative group（received conservative therapy）, with 54 cases in each group. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The surgical group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 98.1%（53/54） than 87.0%（47/54） in conservative group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The surgical group had incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate respectively as 7.4% and 3.7%, while the conservative group had incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate respectively as 24.1% and 16.7%. The surgical group had obviously lower incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate than conservative group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of surgical therapy for patients with gastric ulcer improves the clinical treatment effect and reduces the occurrence of complications and recurrence with ideal effect and safety. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
