右美托咪定在重度子痫前期患者剖宫产术后应用效果的初步探究 被引量:4

摘要 目的初步探究右美托咪定在重度子痫前期患者剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法 44例重度子痫前期剖宫产术后患者,随机分为右美托咪定组(DEX组)与冬眠合剂组(N组),每组22例。DEX组给予右美托咪定镇静,N组给予冬眠合剂镇静。比较两组患者术后3、6、12、24、48、72 h的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、呼吸(R),比较两组镇静效果Ramsay评分。结果术后3~72 h两组SBP、DBP水平均呈下降趋势,且DEX组较N组降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后3、6、12、24、48、72 h的HR、R水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DEX组Ramsay镇静评分(3.4±1.4)分明显高于N组(2.1±0.6)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定在重度子痫前期患者剖宫产术后的应用效果优于冬眠合剂。
