难治性消化道出血患者行介入栓塞治疗的效果分析

Effect analysis of interventional embolization in the treatment of refractory gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨难治性消化道出血患者行介入栓塞治疗的效果。方法 22例难治性消化道出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对比组,各11例。对比组患者实施保守治疗,研究组患者行介入栓塞治疗,比较两组患者住院时间、止血时间和治疗效果。结果研究组住院时间、止血时间均短于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率90.91%高于对比组的45.45%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.2381,P<0.05)。结论难治性消化道出血患者行介入栓塞治疗效果较好,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of interventional embolization in the treatment of refractory gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 22 patients with refractory gastrointestinal bleeding were divided by random number table method into research group and control group, with 11 cases in each group. The control group received conservative treatment, and the research group received interventional embolization therapy. Comparison were made on hospitalization time, hemostasis effect and treatment effect between two groups. Results The research group had shorter hospitalization time and hemostasis time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The research group had higher total treatment effective rate as 90.91% than 45.45% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （X2=5.2381, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interventional emholization shows good treatment for patients with refractory gastrointestinal bieeding, and the clinical application value is high.
