利福平联合多西环素治疗急性布氏杆菌病的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of rifampin combined with doxycycline in the treatment of acute brucellosis

目的观察利福平联合多西环素治疗急性布氏杆菌病的临床疗效。方法 72例急性布氏杆菌病患者,按数字奇偶法分为实验组与对照组,每组36例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予单纯多西环素片治疗,实验组则在常规治疗的基础上给予利福平联合多西环素片治疗,观察并对比两组患者的临床症状消除时间及临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的发热消除时间为(6.12±0.64)d、头疼消除时间为(7.14±3.25)d、多汗消除时间为(9.05±1.03)d、乏力消除时间为(10.31±2.47)d、关节肿痛消除时间为(8.12±2.06)d,均明显短于对照组的(9.21±3.62)、(9.38±3.71)、(13.22±1.17)、(14.29±2.53)、(12.79±2.35)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.0433、2.7250、16.0510、6.7538、8.9662,P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率为97.22%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.9560,P<0.05)。结论利福平联合多西环素治疗急性布氏杆菌病疗效确切,能够快速消除患者的临床症状,减轻其痛苦,促进康复,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rifampin combined with doxycycline in the treatment of acute brucellosis. Methods A total of 72 acute brucellosis patients were divided by digital parity method into experimental group and control group, with 36 eases in each group. The control group was treated with doxycycline tablets on the basis of conventional therapy, and the experimental group was treated with rifampin combined with doxycycline on the basis of conventional therapy. Observation and comparison were made on clinical symptom disappearance time and clinical treatment effect between the two groups. Results The experimental group had fever elimination time as （6.12±0.64） d, headache elimination time as （7.14 ± 3.25） d, sweating elimination time as （9.05 ± 1.03） d, fatigue elimination time as （10.31 ±2.47） d and joint swelling and pain elimination time as （8.12 ± 2.06） d, which were all obviously shorter than （9.21 ± 3.62）, （9.38± 3.71）, （13.22 ± 1.17）, （14.29 ± 2.53） and （12.79 ± 2.35） d in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （t=5.0433, 2.7250, 16.0510, 6.7538, 8.9662, P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 97.22% than 83.33% in the control group, and the difference.was statistically significant （X^2=3.8560, P〈O.05）. Conclusion Combination of rifampin and doxycycline shows affirmative efficacy in treating acute brucellosis, .and can quickly eliminate the clinical symptoms of the patients, reduce their pain, promote rehabilitation. This method contains high promotion value.
