摘要
用光致发光谱(PL)方法研究不同温度下Zn1-xMnxSe中Mn++内部3d壳层电子4T1(4G)→6A1(6S)跃迁的发光特性.实验结果表明,随着温度的升高,Zn1-xMnxSe(x=0.11,0.17)的发光谱的发光峰位置产生蓝移,这一变化规律主要是由于温度升高引起晶格膨胀。
The 4 T 1( 4G)→ 6A 1( 6S) emission of Mn 2+
intra d transition has been studied by photoluminescence at different temperatures ( T =10 K,
100 K,200 K, 300 K). It is shown that the emission band shifts to blue as temperature increases.
Such blue shift is due to the thermal expansion of the lattice, which weakens the effect of ligand
field acting on Mn 2+ ions.
