摘要
氙准分子光源发射波长为172nm真空紫外光谱带.实验研究了它的辐射特性.用原子、分子碰撞辐射动态模型(CRAM)的结果,分析了氙准分子172nm辐射强度与所加电场大小、频率和输入功率的关系。
Xenon Excimer Light Source can radiate 172 nm band.Its electrical and
spectral properties have been studied experimentally.According to the results of the Collisional
Radiative Atomic and Molecular model (CRAM) for Xenon Excimer Light Source,the dependence of
Xe excimer radiation on input power,applied voltage and frequency has been analysed.The
experimental results are in agreement with the model.
