利用输血治疗自身免疫性溶血性贫血

Treatment of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia with Blood Transfusion

目的探讨输血治疗自身免疫性溶血性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月~2016年5月在我院就诊治疗的78例自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者,随机将其分为两组(实验组39例和对照组39例),对照组患者采取糖皮质激素进行治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上加用洗涤红细胞输血进行治疗,并比较两组患者临床效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率与对照组比较,实验组患者显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者未见不良反应发生,实验组患者发生皮疹1例,经对症治疗后好转。结论输血疗法对自身免疫性溶血性贫血临床效果明显,且不良反应较少,其值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood transfusion in the treatment of autoimmune hemolytic anemia.Methods Selected in May 2015 ~ May 2016 in our hospital treatment of 78 patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia patients,Were randomly divided into two groups（39 cases in the study group and 39 cases in the control group）The control group received glucocorticoid for treatment,Study group of patients in the control group based on the use of washed red blood transfusion for treatment,and compare the clinical effect of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;no adverse reactions occurred in the control group,1 case had rash in the study group,After symptomatic treatment improved.Conclusion Blood transfusion therapy on autoimmune hemolytic anemia clinical effect is obvious,and less adverse reactions,it is worth promoting reference.
