沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松、布地奈德联合治疗支气管哮喘疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect Analysis of Salicyterol/propionate Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的对比分析单独使用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松和布地奈德联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取2014年3月~2016年3月到西峡县中医院治疗支气管哮喘的患者120例,对照组用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗,实验组用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松和布地奈德联合治疗,比较两组患者在治疗期间不良反应发生率和治疗有效率,治疗前后第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力呼气肺活量(PEF)、日间哮喘评分和夜间憋醒评分。结果治疗后两组患者的FEV1和PEF均显著提高,日间喘息、夜间憋醒评分均显著降低,但实验组的变化更为显著(P<0.05),实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率在两组间差异不明显。结论沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松联用布地奈德的治疗支气管哮喘的效果好于只单独使用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松的治疗效果,该方案可以为临床有效治疗支气管哮喘提供借鉴。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of salicyterol/propionate combined with budesonide with single using salicyterol/propionate in the treatment of Bronchial asthma.Methods We selected 120 cases of patients with bronchial asthma from March 2014 to March 2015 in the Xixia Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,the control group was treated with salematol/propionate,the experimental group was treated with salematol/propionate combined with budesonide,keeping a record of the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,FEV1,PEF,daytime wheezing score,and night-awake score,therapeutic efficiency before and after treatment.Results Both FEV1 and PEF score improved significantly in both groups,daytime wheezing and night-awake score were significantly reduced,but the experimental group changed more dramatically.The total efficiency of the observed group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the two drugs was better than alone using salicarpate/propionate,the scheme can provide a reference for clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.
