摘要
目的探讨早期护理干预在脑梗塞患者语言、肢体功能恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月就诊于商丘市第一人民医院的脑梗塞患者50例,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以早期护理,比较两组语言、肢体功能恢复情况及护理满意度。结果观察组语言功能、肢体功能恢复情况均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预对脑梗塞患者语言、肢体功能恢复情况效果显著,有效促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on language function and limb function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 50 patients with cerebral infarction in Shangqiu first people＇s hospital from June2016 to June 2017 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given early nursing.The recovery of language and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of language and limb function in observation group was better than that in control group,and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can increase recovery of language function and limb function,and promote rehabilitation of patients.
