循证护理模式在难产产妇助产中的临床作用效果探究

The Clinical Effect of Evidence-based Nursing mode in the Midwifery of Dystocia

目的探究循证护理模式在难产产妇助产效果;方法将我院120例难产产妇随机分为60例常规护理组(常规护理)和60例循证护理组(循证护理);结果循证护理组阴道分娩率85%高于常规护理组66.7%,护理满意度95%高于常规护理组86.7%,且P<0.05;结论在难产产妇助产中应用循证护理模式,能够降低剖宫产率,提高产妇护理满意度。

Objective exploring the effect of the Nursing mode when midwifery the pregnant women who is difficult on laboring.Methods 120 cases of difficult labor mother were divided randomly into 60 cases of conventional care and another 60 cases of evidence-based care.Results The rate of Vaginal childbirth in evidence-based care group was 85%is higher than 66.7%in conventional care group,95%in nursing satisfaction on evidence-based care group compared with 86.7%in routine care group,and the Correlation P〈0.05.Completion The application of evidence-based nursing in midwifed labor can reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve the satisfaction of maternal nursing,which has the value of clinical promotion.
