预见性护理应用于低位直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口的并发症及生活质量分析

Complications and Quality of Life of Colorectal Fistula After Radical Resection in Patients with Low Rectal Cancer

目的探究预见性护理应用在低位直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口的并发症及生活质量的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2016年7月~2017年7月收治的90例直肠癌患者行低位直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口的临床资料分析,依据不同的护理方式分对照组(45例)与研究组(45例),对照组行常规护理,研究组行预见性护理,比较两组术后并发症、疼痛程度与生活质量。结果研究组术后并发率少于对照组的术后总概率(P<0.05);研究组HAMA评值与HAMD评值低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后生活质量相比对照组优(P<0.05)。结论低位直肠癌根治术后应用预见性护理在有助结肠造瘘口快速康复,减少病灶并发症的出现,改善术后疼痛体征,优化生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of predictive nursing in the complications and quality of life of colorectal fistula after radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with colorectal cancer treated by colorectal cancer from July 2016 to July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed according to the different nursing method.The control group（45 cases）The study group（45 cases）,the control group routine nursing,the study group of prospective care,compared the two groups of postoperative complications,pain and quality of life.Results The postoperative complication rate was 2.22%（1/45）in the study group compared with 22.22%（10/45）in the control group（P〈0.05）.The HAMA score（15.22 ± 4.45）（15.78 ± 4.67）points lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionPreoperative nursing care in the treatment of colorectal cancer fistula quick recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,improve postoperative pain signs,optimize the quality of life.
