等级评审对促进急诊科护理质量改进的效果分析

Effect analysis of Grade Review on Improving Quality of Nursing in Emergency Department

目的探讨等级评审对促进急诊科护理质量改进的效果。方法2015年6月~2016年6月在柳江县人民医院急诊科工作的20例护理工作人员作为研究对象,根据质量管理模式的不同,将其分为对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10),对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用等级评审管理,观察分析两组护理质量,认知度和患者对护理人员护理工作的满意度。结果观察组护理质量和认知度远高于对照组,护理满意度(95%)也远远高于对照组的(77.5%),各项都具有较大的差异P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论采用等级评审管理在急诊科护理管理质量中具有较大的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of grade review on improving quality of nursing in emergency department.Methods According to the different quality management models,20 nursing staffs during the period from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were divided into control group（n=10）and observation group（n=10）.The control group was treated by routine management,and the observation group was evaluated by grade review.The nursing quality,cognition and patient satisfaction of nursing care of two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The quality of care and cognition of the observation group were much higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction degree of Nursing（95%）was much higher than that of the control group（77.5%）.It was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is of great significance to use grade assessment management in the quality of nursing management in emergency department.
