摘要
心导管手术是临床评估小儿肺循环系统的主要方法,但它是一种创伤性获得肺动脉的收缩压和舒张压的方法.小儿肺循环无创评估系统利用计算机自动处理主、肺动脉音频脉冲多普勒信号和心电图(ECG)信号,计算它们之间的血流时间间期参数比。
The traditional method,cardiac catheterization,has been
used to evaluate children's pulmonary circulation, i.e.to measure and to calculate the
parameters,such as systolic, diastolic pressures of pulmonary artery and Total Pulmonary
Resistance(TPR), however,it is invasive.A non invasive evaluation system is developed to
estimate the ratio of pulmonary to systemic pressure with audio Pulsed Wave Doppler signal
and ECG,and to calculate those parameters automatically by computer.
