摘要
碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)铣削过程中,减小铣削力可以明显提高表面质量、延长刀具寿命等。通过选用硬质合金(HTi10)、涂层(VP15TF)与金属陶瓷(NX2525)刀具进行铣削对比试验,研究了铣削参数对铣削力的影响规律,并建立了铣削力经验公式。结果表明:在转速1000~4000r/min、进给速度200~600mm/min的铣削参数范围内,VP15TF刀具的主铣削力最小,最适合CFRP的铣削加工;HTi10刀具的转速对主铣削力的影响程度高于进给速度,而VP15TF和NX2525刀具的进给速度对主铣削力的影响程度高于转速;铣削CFRP时,宜采用高转速、低进给速度。
Reducing the milling force can significantly improve the surface quality,prolong tool life and so on in the process of milling carbon fiber reinforced plastics( CFRP). The carbide( HTi10),coated( VP15 TF),and cermet( NX2525) tool were adopted for compared milling experiment. The influence of milling parameters on milling force was studied,and the empirical formulas of milling force were established. The results showthat the VP15 TF tool owns the minimum milling force within the spindle speed1000 - 4000 r/min,feed speed 200 ~ 600 mm/min range of the milling parameters,and it's most suitable for milling CFRP. The spindle speed of the HTi10 tool has a higher impact on the main milling force than the feed speed,however the feed speed of the VP15 TF and NX2525 has a bigger influence degree on the main milling force than the spindle speed. It's appropriate to use high spindle speed and lowfeed speed when milling CFRP.
