摘要
为了提高某电机企业生产的综合效率,对该电机零部件磁极铁芯生产线进行优化,选用Petri网建立磁极铁芯生产线模型,Flexsim仿真生产线模型并找出瓶颈工序。同时从生产流程优化、生产能力平衡两个方面,结合工业工程中ECRSI原则设计优化方案,依照生产线平衡评价理论,最终选出最优方案,使生产线平滑性指数从570.29减少到135.93,生产线平衡率从28.13%提高到60.4%。结果表明,优化后的生产线达到了缩短瓶颈时间、提高生产效率的目的,为企业车间生产优化工作提供了借鉴,所使用的相关研究方法和结论对其他相类似的机械加工生产线也具有一定的参考价值。
In order to develop the comprehensive efficiency of the electrical machine company,focusing on the pole core production line of the electrical machine part,this paper uses Petri Nets to build the model of production line,simulates the model with Flexsim to find the bottlenecks. Then,this paper studies two aspects of production process optimization and production capacity balance,designs the optimization plans by using IE principles of ECRSI. Based on the theory of production line balance,the research chooses the best optimization plan,the smoothness index decreases from 570. 29 to 135. 93,the balance rate increases from28. 13% to 60. 4%,and uses "5 S"management method to analyze the causes affecting the shop production and to give suggestions for improvement. The result shows that the production line has achieved the goal of shortening the bottleneck time and improving the production efficiency,which provides a reference for the optimization of production workshop,and the related research methods and conclusions also has reference value on the other similar mechanical processing production line.
