摘要 针对柔性生产碳排放量和作业时间的耦合,文章以碳排放量和最大完工时间为优化目标,建立了柔性作业车间调度模型,并提出了一种基于改进模拟退火算法的调度策略。为了提高算法的运行速度,采用了随机位置和轮盘赌的两种编码方式。为了避免算法陷入早熟,采用了个体调换和局部颠倒两种不同的搜索方式。最后以车间生产实际案例为背景,通过设置碳排放量和最大完工时间不同的权重系数代表不同的工厂对生产目标的不同要求,生成不同的调度方案。实验结果表明文中所提出的基于改进模拟退火算法的调度策略在加入低碳要求的车间调度中是可行和有效的。 For flexible production of carbon emissions and operating time coupling,In this paper,a flexible job shop scheduling model is established based on the carbon emission and the maximum completion time. A scheduling strategy based on improved simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. In order to improve the running speed of the algorithm,using the random location and roulette two encoding. In order to avoid the algorithm into puberty,using the individual exchange and local upside down two different ways of searching. Finally,based on the actual case of the workshop production,different weighting coefficients are set by setting the carbon emission and the maximum completion time to represent the different requirements of the different production targets of the factory and generate different scheduling schemes. The experimental results showthat the proposed scheduling strategy based on improved simulated annealing algorithm is feasible and effective in the shop scheduling with lowcarbon requirements.
