摘要 针对国内航空军工企业机械加工车间生产计划编排复杂繁琐、零件进度监控难以实现、零件准时交付率低的现状,进行了基于Excel的生产计划进度管理系统的方案设计。该系统实现了公司"架次计划"和车间"批次计划"数据的自动匹配与关联,并明确了零件的交付节点,质量编号等关键信息,使计划员从繁琐计划编排中解脱出来,将精力更多的放在进度监控、生产能力平衡等更重要的工作中。通过系统的使用大幅减轻了计划员的工作量,明显加强了零件进度的掌握力度,显著提高了零件准时交付率。 In the domestic air military industrial company's mechanical workshop,it's common that the production plan is arranged too complicated,parts' progress monitoring is difficult to realize,the parts' on-time delivery rate is low,aim at those situations,this article carried out a project design of the production schedule management system which based on Excel. This system has realized the datum 's automatic matching and associated between company 's " sorties plan" and workshop's " batch plan",and cleared some key information,such as the parts' delivery nodes,quality number,making the planner liberated from tedious plan arrangement,and focus more on progress monitoring,production capacity balance and other more important works. Using this system greatly reduce planner 's workload,obviously strengthen the control of the parts' progress,significantly improved the parts' on-time delivery rate.
