摘要 机床的选择是涉及到多个指标和多种方案选择的多目标决策问题。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法和熵权理想点法相结合的解决方法。该方法运用层次分析法从生产周期(T)、质量(Q)、成本(C)、资源消耗(R)、环境因素(E)五个绿色制造指标进行分析,建立了指标评价体系和判断矩阵并结合熵权法求得指标的主客观权重。再根据理想点法结合各指标主客观权重建立了加权规范化决策矩阵并得到各方案贴近度,最终依据贴近度的大小对方案的优劣进行排序,选择贴近度大的作为最佳方案。最终结果是经过对各方面的综合评价得到的,因此具有更好的准确性。 The choice of machine tools is a Multi-objective Decision-making Problem,which involves multiple indexes and a variety of options. To solve this problem,a solution based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( FAHP) and the ideal point method of entropy is put forward. The method is by using the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) to establish indexes evaluation system and judgment matrix through the production cycle( T),quality( Q),cost( C),resource consumption( R) and environmental factors( E) and combining the entropy weight method to obtain the subjective and objective weights of indicators. Then weighted normalized decision matrix is established and the close degrees of programs are obtained by using the ideal point method based on the subjective and objective weights. Finally according to the size of the close degree to sort the programs and the program which has the greatest close degree is selected as the best one. The final result is obtained through the comprehensive evaluation of the various aspects,therefore it has a better accuracy.
