摘要
我国有丰富的天然石墨资源,不仅是石墨储量,产量及出口量也都位于世界第一,但受到技术开发不够的影响,石墨产品深加工的水平较低,一些高纯石墨产品依然还需要从缺乏石墨资源的发达国家进口,因此高纯石墨的制备研究很有意义。本文论述了石墨的主要提纯方法,包括浮选法、碱酸法、氢氟酸法、氯化焙烧法和高温法。通过比较每种方法的原理及优缺点,展望了石墨提纯技术的发展。
China has abundant resources of natural graphite. Not only graphite reserves,but also production and exports are located the first place in the world. At the same time,the level of deep processing of graphite products is low by the impact of sluggish technology development. Even technology has been well developed in our country,some highpurity graphite products still need to be imported from developed countries which lack the resources of graphite,this situation need to be resolved,so it makes sense to do research on the preparation of high-purity graphite. Five methods for purification of graphite including flotation method, alkali-acid processing method, hydrofluoric acid method,chlorination roasting method and high temperature purification were reviewed. By comparing the principles and advantages and disadvantages of each method,the development of graphite purification technology was prospected.
