摘要
以2,2'-联吡啶-3,3'-二(5-[1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮])和系列卤甲基芳烃为原料,在氢氧化钾水溶液中进行化学反应,合成系列四个芳亚甲基2,2'-联吡啶-3,3'-二(5-[1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫醚])新化合物,其结构通过~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、IR、MS、元素分析及单晶X-射线衍射等技术进行表征。实验结果表明:卤甲基芳烃与2,2'-联吡啶-3,3'-二(5-[1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮])在碱性条件下可制备相应的硫醚化合物,其中1,3-间二苄溴与2,2'-联吡啶-3,3'-二(5-[1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮])发生1∶1的聚合成环反应。CCDC:1590423。
A new series compounds of methylene aromatics 2,2'-bipyridine substitued 1,3,4-oxadiazole thioether were designed and synthesized from 2,2'-Bipyridine-3,3'-di( 5-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2( 3 H)-thione with different allylic model aryl halides in solution of potassium hydroxide. These compounds were characterized by ~1 H NMR,^(13) C NMR,IR,MS,elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction,the single X-ray crystal structure of di( 2-methyl-1 H-benzo[d]imidazole)-2,2'-bipyridine-3,3'-di( 5-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2( 3 H)-thioethers was discussed. The experiment results showed that 1∶1 cyclic polymerized between 1,3-bis( bromomethyl) benzene with 2,2'-bipyridine-3,3'-di( 5-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2( 3 H)-thione. CCDC: 1590423.
