摘要 建立高效、快速、简便的纯化GHK和GHK-Cu的方法,以便提高GHK和GHK-Cu的纯度,减少过敏反应。该方法通过离子交换色谱除去GHK及GHK-Cu中的三氟乙酸及部分杂质,再通过反相色谱纯化得到纯度>96%的GHK及GHK-Cu醋酸盐。此方法仅需两步纯化,降低了生产成本,不仅能得到纯度大于96%的GHK和GHK-Cu,而且能达到纯化GHK成本低、收率高、产业化的要求。 An efficient,rapid and simple method for the purification of GHK and GHK-Cu was established in order to improve the purity of the GHK and GHK-Cu and reduce the allergic reaction. Ion exchange chromatography was used to remove trifluoroacetic acid of GHK and GHK-Cu,and reverse phase polymer chromatographic was used to remove impurities of GHK and GHK-Cu. This method only needed two steps to purify and reduce the production cost,can not only get more than 96% purity of GHK and GHK-Cu,but also achieve the reguirements of low cost,high yield and industrialiaztion.
