摘要
为研究九资河茯苓中三萜酸类化合物的最佳提取工艺,以三萜酸类化合物的得率为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,将Plackett-Burman(PB)、最陡爬坡试验与响应面试验相结合。结果表明,提取的最佳条件是提取溶剂为甲醇、料液比为1∶55、提取时间为6.49 h、提取温度70℃、提取次数为3次。在此条件下,三萜酸类化合物的得率为3.52 mg/g,与理论值3.59 mg/g相差较小。为九资河茯苓三萜酸类化合物的提取研究提供理论依据。
In order to investigate the best extraction of triterpene acids from Jiuzihe poria cocos,the yield of triterpene acids was used as an indicator. The key and optimum conditions for extraction triterpene acids were found by Plackett-Burman( PB) and the steepest ascent experiment on the basis of single factor tests. The critical conditions( ratio of liquid,extraction time and extraction times) were optimized by using response surface method( RSM). The results demonstrated that solid-liquid ratio was 1∶55 g/m L,extracting temperature was 70 ℃,extracting time was 6. 49 h and extracting times was 3 times. Under those conditions,the yield could arrive to 3. 52 mg/g,which matched with theoretical value. The experimental results can provide an experimental basis for studying the extraction of triterpene acids from Jiuzihe poria cocos.
