五指毛桃中农药残留量测定研究

Study on Detection of Pesticide Residues in Radix Fici Hirtae

中药和天然药物中农药残留,是影响药物安全的重要因素,有必要对其进行检测和限量的控制。按2015版中国药典四部方法,采用气相色谱和质谱联用的方法,对五指毛桃中的农药残留量进行测定研究。样品用乙腈提取、离心净化,得提取液后再用固相萃取制备,采用气质联用法进行检测。所采用五指毛桃农药残留检测方法可行,可为五指毛桃质量评价提供科学的参考依据。

Pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine and natural drugs are important factors affecting drugsafety. It is necessary to detect and limit the amount of pesticide residues. According to methods of the 2015 edition ofChina Pharmacopoeia, the pesticide residues in Radix fici hirtae was detected by gas chromatography and massspectrometry （GC-MS）. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by centrifugation. The extract wasprepared by solid phase extraction and detected by GC -MS. This detection method was feasible and it could providescientific basis for the quality evaluation of Radix fici hirtae.
