加替沙星与伊红的荷移反应及加替沙星含量的测定

摘要 实验研究了在pH=4.2的HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,加替沙星与伊红可形成稳定的的1∶1的电荷转移络合物,据此建立了加替沙星荷移光度分析的新方法。络合物最大吸收波长为550 nm。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.69×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)线性方程为Y=0.8976X+0.0088,相关系数R=0.9996,加替沙星质量浓度在0~0.4 mg/10 mL范围内与吸光度值成良好的线性关系,方法灵敏度较高、重现性好,用于药品中加替沙星含量的测定,其加标回收率为98.1%~105%。标准偏差为1.12%~1.49%。 A novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of Gatifloxacin was established based on the charge transfer reaction between Gatifloxacin and Eosin Y in pH = 4. 2 HAc-NaAc. The apparent molar absorptivity of the color compleex was 1. 69 × 10~4 L · mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 550 nm. The linear regression equation was Y = 0. 8976 X + 0. 0088.Beers law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0. 4 mg/10 m L of erythromycin ethylsuccinate. Correlation coefficient was0. 9996. The method had high sensitivity and reproducibility for the determination of erythromycin ethylsuccinate in erythromycin ethylsuccinate tablets with RSD of 1. 12% ~ 1. 49%,and recoveries of 98. 1. 0% ~ 105%.
