摘要
采用超声波提取法优化李子皮原花青素(procyanidins from plumpeel)提取工艺,正交试验优选最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数55%、料液比1∶40(g/mL)、超声波提取时间30 min,验证性试验原花青素平均得率为36.011%,相对标准偏差为1.39%,表明该条件下得率较高且相对稳定。以提取液对羟自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^-)和DPPH·自由基的清除能力判别其抗氧化活性,试验证明清除作用明显且清除能力与浓度相关性较高,清除率最高分别可达76.5%、81.9%、85.7%,具有较高的抗氧化活性。
The extraction process of snagged proanthocyanidins was optimized by ultrasonic extraction,and the optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with ethanol volume fraction of 55%,material liquid ratio of 1∶40(g/m L) and ultrasonic extraction time of 30 min. The average yield of proanthocyanidins was 36. 011% and the relative standard deviation was 1. 39%,which indicated that the yield was higher and stable. Taking the scavenging ability of extracts to hydroxyl radicals( ·OH),superoxide anion free radicals( O_2^-) and DPPH· free radicals to discriminate its antioxidant activity. The results showed that the clearance effect was obvious, and the clearance ability and concentration were higher. The clearance rate was up to 76. 5%,81. 9% and 85. 7%,respectively,and it had higher antioxidant activity.
