摘要 芳纶1414合成纤维是一种可用于制造特种纸的高性能原料,但其亲水性较弱,在造纸抄造过程中很容易发生絮聚现象。纤维在水中或分散介质中均匀分散并形成分布良好的网状结构是发挥芳纶纤维各种性能的关键,也成为生产高性能特种纸的瓶颈之一。本文探究了超声处理对芳纶1414纤维的分散影响及其作用机理。实验结果表明,超声的作用对纤维的性能具有一定影响,当超声功率在600 W,超声处理时间为6 min时,芳纶1414短切纤维在水中的分散性能达到最好。 Synthetic aramid 1414 fiber is a high performance material used in the manufacture of special paper. But the fiber is highly hydrophobic,which is rather easily flocculated in water during the process of paper-making. The dispersion of fiber in water or dispersed medium and the formation of well distributed net structure is the key to make the advantage of aramid fiber,which also becomes a bottleneck of the high-performance special paper. The effect of ultrasonic treatment on the dispersion of aramid 1414 fiber and its mechanism were studied. The experimental results showed that the effect of ultrasound had certain effect on the properties of fibers. After the treatment by ultrasonic at 600 W for 6 min,the chopped aramid 1414 fiber presented the best dispersion property in water.
