摘要
采用国标法定性与定量地分析了常见保鲜膜中邻苯二甲酸酯类种类及其含量,考察了模拟液种类、温度、酸度、离子强度和时间对迁移影响,拟合了迁移动力学模型。结果表明:绝大部分样品不含邻苯二甲酸酯类,仅有个别样品含有邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP),含量157.1 mg·kg^(-1),模拟液种类、温度、离子强度和迁移时间对DEHP迁移有较大影响,酸度对DEHP迁移影响小,保鲜膜中DEHP在模拟液中迁移符合一级动力学模型。
The types and contents of phthalate esters in common foodstuff preservative film were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively according to the national standard methods. The effects of the type,temperature,acidity,ionic strength and time of the simulated liquids of the national standard method on the phthalate esters migration were investigated. The kinetic model of the migration was fitted to the experimental data. The results showed that most of the samples did not contain phthalates. Only a sample contained di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate( DEHP) and the content of which was 157. 1 mg kg^(-1),temperature,ionic strength and migration time had a significant effect on DEHP migration,acidity had little effect on DEHP migration,and DEHP in the foodstuff preservative film migrates in accordance with the first-order kinetic model in the simulation liquids.
