多级高压离心泵性能试运分析

摘要 石油化工行业加氢装置由于反应器操作压力较高,所以多选用多级高压离心泵来为整套装置提供进料。本文首先介绍了泵的使用背景、具体参数、电机单试情况。其次讲述了试用前各专业的准备工作。然后介绍了试运过程中的参数、流量情况。从试运期间的电流、流量、扬程方面对泵的运行性能进行了全面分析。最后介绍试运过程中遇到的问题以及处理过程,对泵试运情况作出总体评价。 Due to the higher operating pressure of the hydrogenation reactor in petrochemical industry,more choices of using a high pressure multistage centrifugal pump are provided to feed the entire device. The pump using background,the specific parameters and the motor single test situation were introduced. The preparations before each trial was discussed. The parameters and flow of the pump during the trial operation were introduced. The performance of the pump was comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of current,flow and lift during the test. The problems encountered during the trial operation and the handling process were introduced,and the overall situation of the pump trial operation was evaluated.
