摘要
发光电容器(LEC)由于其轻薄柔软、可弯曲、发光均匀、节能环保的特点,逐渐在照明领域兴起,为市场提供了一种节能低碳的纯平面光源。本文对近年来LEC有源层,主要包括有源层所应用的材料,富硅含量及有源层厚度等的研究进行了综述,归纳和总结了LEC中有源层对发光电容器电致发光性能的影响。
Due to the thin,soft,flexible,uniform luminous,energy saving and environmental protection characteristics,light emitting capacitor( LEC) has gradually emerged in the field of lighting,providing an energy-saving and low carbon flat light source for the market. In this paper,the LEC active layer were reviewed,mainly including the active layer of the materials,silicon-rich content and active layer thickness of the study. And the influence was summarized of the LEC active layer on the electroluminescent performance.
