1临床资料
患者女,65岁。因＂发作性胸痛10年＂于2016年12月17日收入河南省人民医院接受治疗。患者10年前因不稳定型心绞痛行冠状动脉造影（coronary artery angiography,CAG）提示＂三支病变＂。
