摘要 为对通信施工安全进行综合评价,建立了一个包括4个评价单元和20项危险指标的梯阶层次结构模型。采用层次分析法(AHP)将通信施工安全状况划分为5个等级,采取专家打分法确定定性指标的隶属度矩阵,应用模糊综合评价(FCE)确定通信施工安全状况等级。用该方法对R通信公司的施工安全进行评价,找出R通信公司施工安全存在不足和影响通信施工安全的主要因素,以便采取有效措施改进。该方法对通信施工的安全状况评定和制定最佳的管理方案具有重要指导意义。 In order to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of communication construction safety, a hierarchical substructure model consisting of four evaluation units and 20 dangerous indicators was established. The security condition of communication construction is divided into five grades by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the membership degree matrix of qualitative indexes is determined by expert scoring method, and the security status of communication construction is determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). This method is used to evaluate the construction safety of R communication company and find out the shortcoming of the construction safety and the main infiuencing factors of R communication company in order to take effective measures to improve it. The method has important guiding significance to make the best management scheme for the safety evaluation of the communication construction condition.
