摘要
"格物"说在宋明理学家那里是一个非常重要的话题,而朱熹和王阳明的"格物"说又可以看成是宋明理学史上的两大代表。一直以来,人们普遍认为朱王在工夫论上走的是不同的道路,前者主"道问学",而后者主"尊德性"。但究其实质,两者之目的都是为了使心体达到纯善无恶的状态,只不过朱熹从内外两方面同时立论,而王阳明则转向内在,强调其优先性。所以说,朱熹王阳明的"格物"说只是工夫路向、侧重点的不同,并非本体上的不同。
The concept of investigating things is a very important topic in Neo Confucianism there, and Zhu Xi and Wang Yangming's opinions can also be considered as Two typical views in the Neo Confucianism history.For a long time, it was generally believed that Zhu Xi and Wang Yangming took a different path in the theory of Gongfu. The former was "Following the Path of Inquiry", while the latter "honoring Moral Nature". But in essence, both of which are aimed at making the heart reach the state of being pure and free from evil. However, Zhu Xi argued from two aspects about the inside and the outside, while Wang Yangming turned inward, emphasizing the intrinsic priority. So, Zhu Xi and Wang Yangming's view of investigating things are difference just in orientation and emphases, not in ontology.
