摘要
目的研究高危孕妇孕期保健知识认知度及健康教育需求情况。方法选取2016年1月-2017年6月在中国人民解放军第一七四医院孕期检查的180例高危孕妇作为观察组,同时期的180例正常孕妇作为对照组,将两组采用孕期保健知识问卷及健康教育需求问卷进行评估,比较对照组和观察组、观察组中不同年龄、孕周、高危妊娠评分、文化程度、社会支持程度、居住地、职业情况及收入情况者的评估结果。结果观察组的孕期保健知识认知度较高率为73.33%,显著高于对照组的47.78%,观察组的健康教育需求程度较高率为80.56%,显著高于对照组的65.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组中不同年龄、孕周、高危妊娠评分、文化程度、社会支持程度、居住地、职业情况及收入情况者的孕期保健知识认知度较高率及健康教育需求程度较高率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高危孕妇孕期保健知识认知度较高,且健康教育需求程度也较高,应针对高危孕妇的上述情况进行针对性干预。
Objective To study cognition degree of health care knowledge during pregnancy and health education requirements in high-risk pregnant women. Methods A total of 180 high-risk pregnant women receiving prenatal examination in the 174 th Hospital of PLA from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as observation group,and 180 normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group. The pregnant women in the two groups were evaluated by health care knowledge questionnaire during pregnancy and health education requirement questionnaire. The evaluation results among the pregnant women in different age groups,with different gestational weeks,high-risk pregnancy scores,educational levels,social support degrees,residence situations,occupations,and incomes were compared between the two groups. Results The higher cognition rate of health care knowledge during pregnancy in observation group was73. 33%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( 47. 78%)( P〈0. 05). The higher requirement rate of health education in observation group was 80. 56%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( 65. 56%)( P〈0. 05). In observation group,there were statistically significant differences in the higher cognition rate of health care knowledge during pregnancy and higher requirement rate of health education among the pregnant women in different age groups,with different gestational weeks,high-risk pregnancy scores,educational levels,social support degrees,residence situations,occupations,and incomes( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The cognition degree of health care knowledge during pregnancy and health education requirements in high-risk pregnant women are high,corresponding intervention should be provided for the high-risk pregnant women.
