摘要
目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在不孕症子宫内膜息肉(EP)组织中的表达及其与宫腔镜术后妊娠中的相关性,旨在为临床提供依据。方法选取2013年6月-2016年6月在广东省妇幼保健院就诊的116例不孕症患者为研究对象,利用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测的方式对子宫内膜息肉中的ER受体与PR受体的表达进行检测,根据其行宫腔镜手术之后的3~6个月后术后妊娠为标准,分为妊娠组79例和非妊娠组37例,并对两组患者手术前EP组织中的ER受体与PR受体进行分析。结果 ER mRNA的表达情况妊娠组患者低于非妊娠组患者,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PR mRNA的表达情况妊娠组患者高于非妊娠组患者(P<0.05)。非妊娠组患者中的复发患者ER mRNA表达明显高于妊娠组患者及非复发患者(P<0.05)。结论 PR受体的低表达可能是EP不孕患者行宫腔镜术后不孕的诱导因素之一,不孕症子宫内膜息肉患者PR受体的低表达及ER受体的高表达与患者术后复发之间有密切联系。
Objective To explore the expressions of estrogen receptor( ER) and progestogen receptor( PR) in endometrial polyps of infertile patients and the correlations with pregnancy after hysteroscopy, and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods From June 2013 to June 2016,116 infertile patients treated in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected. RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of ER and PR in endometrial polyps. The patients were divided into pregnancy group( 79 patients) and non-pregnancy group( 37 patients) according ro postoperative pregnancy at 3-6 months after hysteroscopy. ER and PR in endometrial polyps were analyzed before surgery. Results The expression of ER mRNA in pregnancy group was lower than that in non-pregnancy group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups( P〈0. 05). The expression of PR mRNA in pregnancy group was statistically significantly higher than that in non-pregnancy group( P〈0. 05). The expression of ER mRNA in patients with recurrence in non-pregnancy group was statistically significantly higher than that in pregnancy group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Low expression of PR may be one of the induction factors of infertility after hysteroscopy in infertile patients. Low expression of PR and high expression of ER in endometrial polyps of infertile patients are closely correlated with postoperative recurrence.
