促黄体生成素在促排卵中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 促黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)在卵泡的发育过程中起着至关重要的作用,目前,外源性FSH作为经典的促排卵药物在临床应用广泛,然而,对于LH的研究和应用仍然比较局限。在辅助助孕中,适宜的血清LH浓度是保证卵泡正常发育及成熟的重要条件,LH水平的高低将直接与促排卵周期的子宫内膜容受性及妊娠结局密切相关。目前,针对LH的探讨已引起了广大生殖内分泌专家的重视,本文将从LH的生理作用、对卵泡发育的作用、
