摘要
船用柴油机废气中,NO_x是一种主要的排放污染物,会对地球的生态环境和人类的身体健康造成危害。为减少船舶柴油机废气中的NO_x,达到国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)Tier Ⅲ的排放标准,进行了各种方案的研究,经证实选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)技术是其中一种有效的技术方案。通过介绍SCR系统的工作原理、SCR系统的分类、SCR系统辅助系统的设计及SCR系统的设计要点,使船舶设计人员可进行更深入的设计优化工作。
The solutions for IMO Tier Ⅲ compliance of the marine diesel engine emission are investigated. The SCR is one of the effective technical solutions. The working principle of SCR system and the classification of the SCR system are briefed; the design of the SCR auxiliary system and the key points of the design are introduced.
