酸化剂在草鱼饲料中的应用效果研究总结

Research summary about application effect of acidifier in feed of the grass carp

本试验在基础饲料中添加酸化剂,旨在研究酸化剂对草鱼生长性能的影响。试验共分6组(对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组),其酸化剂添加剂量分别为0.0%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%、0.7%和0.8%。通过为期74 d的养殖试验,第Ⅲ组的饲料系数较对照组显著性降低、特定生长率较对照组显著性提高(P<0.05),第Ⅲ组和第Ⅴ组的增重率较对照组显著性提高(P<0.05)。综合比较,饲料中酸化剂的添加剂量为0.6%时,对草鱼的促生长效果最佳。

Acidifier was added in feed on this experiment for studying the effect of acidifier on growth performance of grass carp. The grass carp was divided into 6 groups（ control group, Ⅰ group, Ⅱ group, Ⅲ group, Ⅳgroup and Ⅴgroup）. the dosage of acidulant was 0.0 %, 0.4 %, 0.5 %, 0.6 %, 0.7 % and 0.8 % respectively.The feed coefficient of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group and the specific growth rate was significantly higher than that of control group（ p 〈0.05）. the weight gain rate of group Ⅲ and group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that of control group（ p〈 0.05）. Comprehensive comparison showed that the best effect on grass carp growth was obtained when the dosage of acidulant was 0. 6 %.
