摘要 用盆栽法研究植物对土壤重金属 Cd的吸收富集和植物修复效应、土壤重金属 Cd浓度与土壤酶活性的关系 ,以及经植物修复后不同时间内土壤酶活性恢复情况。研究结果表明 :1植物对土壤 Cd污染具有富集和修复作用 ,但种间存在较大差异 ;2土壤脲酶活性随土壤 Cd浓度的增加而降低 ;3回归分析表明土壤脲酶活性与土壤 Cd浓度显著相关 ,可表示出土壤受 Cd污染程度 ;4受 Cd污染的土壤经过植物修复后 ,脲酶活性得到恢复 ,可根据脲酶活性恢复状况判断植物的修复效果。 The absorption, concentration and phytoremediation of cadmium in soil, relationship between concentration of cadmium and enzyme activity in soil, and the effect of phytoremediation on enzyme activity in soil over time by pot-planting method were studied. Our results show that ①plants have capacity of absorption, concentration and remediation on cadmium pollution in soil, but the capacity varies with different plant species; ②urease activity in soil decreases with the increase of cadmium concentration in soil;③urease activity in soil is found to be closely correlative with concentration of cadmium in soil by regression analysis so that the urease activity can be used to indicate the degree of cadmium pollution in soil; ④the urease activity in soil polluted by cadmium is recovered by phytoremediation,and the degree of phytoremediation can be judged according to the degree of recovery of the urease activity in the soil.
