摘要
针对医用钛基合金植入体表面微纳结构的国内外研究现状进行综述,介绍微纳结构的制备方法及其对生物相容性的影响,探讨医用钛基合金植入体表面微纳结构的研究存在的一些问题,指出植入体表面微纳结构的制备方法的研究趋势。分析表明:目前国内外学者对植入体表面微纳结构的制备方法可以分为表面增材法和表面减材法;植入体表面的微纳结构越规则,对人体细胞的粘附、增殖、分化等越具有积极的作用。
The state-of-the-art of micro-nano structure on medical titanium alloy implant surface was reviewed. The preparing methods of micro-nano structure and their influences on biocompatibility were introduced. Aiming at some problems in the research of micro-nano structure on medical titanium alloy implant surface,the research trend of preparing methods of the micro-nano structure on implant surface was proposed. The results show that the preparing methods of micro-nano structure on implant surface can be classified into the surface adding method and surface cutting method. The more regular the micro-nano structure on implant surface is,the more positive effect it has on the cell adhesion,proliferation,and differentiation.
