摘要
本文通过调质45钢的铣削加工实验,对比研究了波形刃铣削刀片和直线刃铣削刀片的磨损特性,分析了铣削过程中刀具磨损对铣削力的影响规律;利用影像仪和扫描电子显微镜对磨损后的刀片进行观察,研究了两种刀片的磨损形态和磨损机理。实验结果表明:单齿铣削时,直线刃铣刀的铣削力和磨损值均小于波形刃铣刀;双齿铣削时,波形刃铣刀铣削性能优于直线刃铣刀,不仅单点铣削力小,而且具有良好的分屑及散热效果,铣削超过50 min后其磨损量约为直线刃铣刀磨损量的70%。波形刃铣刀多齿铣削具有良好的铣削性能。
From the milling experiment of tempered 45 steel, the wear characteristics of waved-edge milling insert and linear-edge milling insert was investigated, meanwhile the law of the tool wear influencing the milling force during milling process was analysed. By using imager and SEM to observe worn inserts, the wear pattern and the wear mechanism of the two kinds of milling inserts were investigated. The results show that, the milling force and wear value of the linear-edge milling insert are smaller than that of the waved-edge milling insert in single tooth milling. When in double teeth milling, the milling performance of the waved-edge milling insert exceeds that of the linear-edge milling insert; not only is the singlepoint milling force of the waved-edge milling insert smaller, but also it performs well in crumbs and cooling. Besides, when milling over 50 min, the wear value of the waved-edge milling insert is 70% of the wear value of the linear-edge milling insert.
