综合性产品检验检测实验室的设计实践

质量技术基础是经济社会发展的重要支撑,产品检验检测是质量技术基础中不可或缺的重要组成部分。就云南省而言,建好省级综合性产品检验检测实验室,是提升产品质量、保障质量安全的现实需要。本文在分析云南支柱产业发展、重点产品培育、重大项目建设对质量检验检测服务需求的基础上,阐述了省级综合性产品检验检测实验室的设计要领和设计原则,简要介绍了云南省综合性产品检验检测实验室的建设规划和总体布局情况,重点阐述了实验室基本功能和技术要求的设计实现过程,详述了微生物、分子生物、局部放电、恒温恒湿等特殊要求实验室特殊功能和技术要求的设计方案,组织对设计图纸、技术要求进行了审定和细化确认,在云南省质量技术监督综合技术检验检测基地建设项目中进行了成功实践。

Quality technology foundation is an important support for economic and social development, and product inspection and testing is an indispensable part of quality technology foundation. For Yunnan province, it is necessary to build a provincial comprehensive product inspection and testing laboratory to improve product quality and ensure quality and safety. Based on the analysis of the demands of quality inspection testing services for development of pillar industries, key products cultivation and major projects in Yunnan province, this paper expounded the design essentials and design principles of provincial comprehensive product inspection and testing laboratory, briefly introduced the construction planning and overall layout of comprehensive product inspection and testing laboratory in Yunnan province, emphasized the design and implementation process of basic functions and technical requirements, and detailed the special functions and technical requirements of microorganism, molecular biology, local discharge and constant temperature and humidity. The organization had reviewed and refined the design drawings and technical requirements, and carried out the successful practice in the construction project of the comprehensive technical inspection and testing base of Yunnan province.
