摘要
预包装食品标签作为食品信息的载体,是消费者获取食品信息的直接途径,相关法律法规和标准对食品标签均有标示要求,本文就标签标示举报投诉中的典型事例进行了分析并给出一些建议。企业应通过举报投诉案例发现自身存在的问题,积极学习,纠正错误。监管部门应通过案例分析标签实施过程中存在的问题,加强对企业标签正确标示的引导,督促其学习、更正,共同提高标签规范性,推动食品安全社会共治,保障公众身体健康和生命安全。
As the carrier of food information, prepackaged food labels are the direct way for consumers to obtain food information, and relevant laws, regulations and standards have food labels labeling requirements. Some typical cases of labeling reporting complaints were discussed and analyzed in this paper. Enterprises should find their own problems through reporting complaints, and actively learn to correct mistakes. The supervision departments should analyze the problems existing in the implementation of the labels through the cases, and strengthen the guiding role of the correct labeling of the enterprises' labels, and urge them to learn and correct labels to promote the common treatment of food safety and ensure public health and safety.
